1. Production Time Orders typically take between 2-6 days to process, depending on the overall volume of orders.

2. Shipping and Delivery Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package's journey.

• European Union (EU): Delivery takes approximately 10-15 days.

• United States (USA): Delivery takes approximately 15-25 days.

• Rest of the World: Delivery takes approximately 20-30 days.

Please note that shipping times may vary, and delays could occur due to international postal services, which are beyond our control.

3. Missing Orders If you do not receive your order, please contact us via the contact form on our website or email us at info@modlaonica.com. We will initiate an inquiry with the postal service.

If the package is not delivered after the inquiry, we will either send a replacement package or issue a full refund, depending on the situation. Please note that we can only proceed with this after receiving confirmation from the postal service.

4. Returned Shipments In the event that a package is returned to us due to the customer not collecting it for any reason, we can resend the package, but the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
